Draft for review. These terms apply to astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists and other experts ("you") who offer consultations through Sukoon, operated by Divine Sukoon ("we").
1. Joining Sukoon
You apply through the form on our website. We review every application and may ask for a short interview or a sample reading. We may accept or decline any application, and we do not have to give a reason.
You confirm that everything in your application is true, that the documents are yours, and that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Your profile
We publish your profile only after approval and once your setup is complete. We may edit the wording, photos and categories on your profile so that it is accurate and consistent with the rest of the site. You must tell us promptly if anything on it stops being true.
3. Fees and commission
You set your per-minute rate with us when you are approved. Sukoon keeps a platform commission on every paid consultation. The rate is confirmed with you in writing before you go live, and we give you notice before changing it. Free minutes offered by Sukoon as a promotion are not paid to you.
4. Payouts
Your earnings appear in your dashboard. Earnings become available to withdraw after a holding period, and are paid to the single bank account you register in your dashboard. Refunds to a customer reverse the matching earning.
5. Conduct
- Do not share your personal phone number, email, social media or payment details with customers, and do not ask for theirs. All consultations and payments stay on Sukoon.
- Do not promise guaranteed outcomes, give medical, legal or financial advice presented as certainty, or pressure customers into buying remedies.
- Be on time for booked sessions. Repeated no-shows or late starts may lead to your profile being paused.
- Treat every customer with respect and keep what they tell you confidential.
6. Your documents and data
We use your ID proof and certificates only to verify who you are and to review your application. Only our admin team can see them. If your application is declined, we delete the documents after 180 days. If you join, we keep them for as long as you are on Sukoon and as required by law.
7. Leaving or being removed
You may stop offering consultations at any time by telling us. We may pause or remove your profile if you break these terms or if customers raise serious complaints. Earnings already settled at that point are still paid to you.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
