These Terms and Conditions govern your use of divinesukoon.co.in. They are published as the rules and regulations for access to and use of this website under Rule 3(1)(a) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and carry the disclosures required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Please read them before you use the service.
1. Who we are, and your acceptance
This website is owned and operated by Divine Sukoon. Our registered entity details and address are available on request from the Grievance Officer named in clause 14. By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. A minor may use the service only under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials confidential; activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
3. The nature of our services — please read
Astrology, tarot, numerology, vastu and allied consultations offered here are provided for guidance, reflection and personal insight only, and rest on belief and traditional practice rather than on scientific proof. No result, remedy or outcome is promised or guaranteed. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, psychiatric or investment advice, and no product, remedy or reading is offered as a treatment, cure or preventive for any disease or condition within the meaning of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954. Please consult a qualified professional for any medical, legal or financial decision. Any action you take on the basis of a consultation is your own decision and is taken at your own risk.
4. Products, descriptions and pricing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout, and the total price payable is displayed to you as a single itemised breakup before you confirm. No charge is levied that has not been disclosed there. Country of origin, net quantity and other statutory declarations, where required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, appear on the product page or on the pack. Product photographs are indicative; natural materials vary as described in our Refund Policy. We do not manipulate prices to obtain an unreasonable profit and we do not discriminate between consumers of the same class. We may correct manifest pricing or description errors and may decline or cancel an affected order before dispatch.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order after payment has been successfully captured. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where the pricing or description was manifestly erroneous, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by a payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI credentials. Orders and bookings are confirmed only after the payment is successfully captured.
7. Cancellations, refunds and Macliys Coin
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products. You may cancel a product order until it is shipped, and a paid consultation that is cancelled before it starts is refunded to your Macliys Coin wallet, as set out in our Refund Policy, which you should read in full before ordering or booking. Macliys Coin is worth ₹1 a coin, can be used only on this website, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or refunded once bought, and expires on the dates shown in your wallet; the full rules are in the Refund Policy. Orders that arrive damaged, defective or wrong, or that are not delivered at all, are resolved by replacement or reshipment on the terms and within the timelines set out there. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates and not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery at the address you supply. Coverage, charges and timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy.
9. Bookings and conduct during sessions
A consultation slot is held only for the period shown at checkout and is confirmed on payment. Please join on time; a session you miss is treated as delivered. Sessions and reports are for your personal use, and recording, reproducing or publishing a session or a report without our written permission is not permitted. We may end a session and suspend an account where an astrologer is subjected to abusive, threatening or unlawful behaviour.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and save where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Divine Sukoon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, arising out of the use of the service or out of reliance placed on any consultation, remedy or report. Our aggregate liability in respect of any order or booking will not exceed the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including an act of God, natural disaster, epidemic, strike, riot, war, failure of telecommunications or internet services, courier disruption, or any act of a government authority.
